5. Fees and Taxes

5.1 Players are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with their winnings, as dictated by their local laws. Additionally, if no bets have been placed following a deposit, we reserve the right to deduct processing fees upon withdrawal.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Players acknowledge that gambling carries financial risks, and the Company is not liable for any losses incurred while using the website.

7.2 While we implement robust security measures to protect user data, we are not responsible for unauthorized third-party access beyond our control.

7.3 The Company shall not be held liable for any technical malfunctions, including software or hardware failures, connectivity issues, or other disruptions that may affect gameplay.

7.4 If we mistakenly credit your Player Account with winnings that do not belong to You, whether due to a technical issue, error in the pay tables, human error or otherwise, the amount will remain our property and will be deducted from your Player Account. If You have withdrawn funds that do not belong to You prior to us becoming aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by You to us. In the event of an incorrect crediting, You are obliged to notify us immediately by email.

8. Player Accounts

8.1 Each user is permitted only one account. The creation of multiple accounts may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds. Players must not share their accounts or grant access to third parties.

8.2 The use of VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) is strictly prohibited.

8.3 If an IP overlap is detected between multiple accounts, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate access without the possibility of appeal.

8.4 Players must provide verification documents upon request, which may include identification, proof of residence, or financial statements.

8.5 Failure to provide accurate or verifiable documentation may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

9. Anti-Fraud Policy

9.1 We enforce strict fraud prevention measures and may verify player identity before processing withdrawals.

9.2 Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, multiple account creation, or use of stolen payment methods, will result in account termination.

9.3 The Company reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings obtained through exploitative gaming tactics, such as advantage play.

9.5 Any software errors or glitches must be reported immediately. Failure to do so may result in liability for damages.

9.6 The use of "replaceable" bitcoin transactions (Opt-in Replace-by-Fee - RBF) is prohibited. Accounts engaging in such transactions may be closed.

9.7 Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. If deposits are made without gameplay, the player must wager the total amount at least three times before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

10.3 Fiat deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's name. Third-party deposits may be reversed, and funds lost due to such transactions will not be reimbursed.

10.4 Due to the nature of cryptocurrencies, deposit limits cannot be applied to deposits made through the CoinsPaid payment system. If you wish to set deposit limits for responsible gambling, please use an alternative payment method.

11. Withdrawal Policy

11.2 If a player has not wagered at least three times their deposit before withdrawal, transaction fees may apply.

11.3 The Company may conduct verification checks before processing withdrawals and reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in case of inconsistencies.

11.4 The Company applies withdrawal limits to ensure responsible gaming, financial risk management, fraud prevention, and operational integrity. Daily Withdrawal Limits are the Daily withdrawal limit: 4,000 GBP/EUR (or currency equivalent). Weekly withdrawal limit: 8,000 GBP/EUR (or currency equivalent). Monthly withdrawal limit: 30,000 GBP/EUR (or currency equivalent).

Higher withdrawal limits or alternative payout arrangements may be offered at the Company’s discretion following an internal risk assessment. Such assessments may include, but are not limited to, gameplay behaviour, account history, payment activity, verification status and applicable regulatory or compliance requirements. The Company reserves the right to process withdrawals in instalments or apply staged payouts where appropriate.

11.5 The maximum cumulative profit a customer may earn from all Casino Games (excluding progressive jackpot winnings) within any rolling 24-hour period is as follows: VIP customers: 50,000 GBP/EUR (or currency equivalent) Non-VIP customers and users on a VIP trial period: 25,000 GBP/EUR (or currency equivalent).

Where profits exceed the above thresholds, the excess amount may, at the Company’s discretion, be subject to limitation, staged payout, settlement, or adjustment following an internal review. Any such review will take into account gameplay behaviour, account activity, risk management considerations, and applicable regulatory obligations.

11.6 Progressive jackpot winnings are paid in full, regardless of standard withdrawal limits.

12. Dormant Accounts

12.1 Accounts that remain inactive for 90 days will be classified as dormant. The Company reserves the right to close such accounts and retain any remaining balance.

12.2 Dormant accounts may be reactivated upon request by contacting customer support.
